Milton Hill Barn Star Coloring Contest

In the spirit of the Heritage Center’s new exhibition, Painter of the Stars; The Life and Work of Milton J. Hill (1887-1972), we will be holding a coloring contest the week of the Kutztown Folk Festival on July 1-9. Throughout the Festival week, participants will have the chance to enter a coloring page featuring a Hill Star, the signature design of Milton Hill of Viriginville, and winners will receive a complimentary copy of the lavishly illustrated book, Painter of the Stars, or the choice of another volume in the Heritage Center’s Annual Publication Series. Winners will be selected from three age groups: 10 & under, 11-16, and 16 & over. All entries must be returned in person at the Heritage Center bookstand at the Festival, emailed to ramlau@kutztown.com (Attn: Coloring Contest), or posted in a reply to our coloring contest post on Facebook, with the hashtag #PGCHCColoringContest. All entries must be received by the close of the Festival on July 9, and winners will be notified the following week.
